48hr Cancellation Policy - Please note that we have a firm but fair 48hr cancellation policy at RASM. Any cancellation within 48hrs of the lesson will be charged in full, no matter the reason, be it illness, school trips or holidays etc. This allows the school to run and ensures the quality of teachers at RASM. Email reminders are sent out 72 hrs in advance of the lesson, however, if this goes against discussions you have had with your teacher and you are not sure if the lesson is going ahead, please double check with them.

Late Payment Charge - Please note that invoices should be paid on receipt. Any invoice paid later than 10 days will incur a late payment charge of £5, unless you have been in contact with us regarding payment. We will send reminders after 7 days for fair warning.
