Our 48hr cancellation policy at RASM can be used a maximum of once a term (6 terms in a year), any more then this will be chargeable. You may cancel lessons and gain credit on your next invoice if you give more then 48hrs notice. We will not reissue invoices if notice of these cancellations are given after 1st of the month that the cancellation falls in. Any cancellation within 48hrs of the lesson will be charged in full, no matter the reason, be it illness, school trips or holidays etc. This allows the school to run and ensures the quality of teachers at RASM. 

Email reminders are sent out automatically 72 hrs in advance of the lesson. If you aren't expecting a lesson and you are not sure if the lesson is going ahead, please double check with your teacher. Although we endeavour for these reminders to be as accurate as possible, they are meant to be used as ahelpful tool and are not absolute proof.

Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month and are due on reciept. Any invoice paid later than 10 days will incur a late payment charge of £5, unless you have been in contact with us regarding payment. We will send reminders after 7 days for fair warning. Any cancellations made after the invoice is sent will be credited to the following month, and invoices will not be reissused.

We require a minimum of one full months notice to discontinue lessons at the school. This should be given before, or on the 1st of the month for the month ahead. Only cancellations previously agreed can be used within the 1 months notice period, any cancellations given along with or after the notice will not be valid.

You will be able to pay invoices via bank transfer or via the 'click here to pay online'  button on your invoice.

Bank transfer is free of charge  - please quote your invoice number as the reference. This number changes monthly.

Our 'Click here to pay online'  button on the invices are a quick and convenient option, powered by stripe. This will include a very small processing fee.

Our parent portal is there for your convienience aorund organising lessons and payments. From here you can cancel lessons, check the diary for lessons going forward, sign up to performance events and view your account with all charges and payments. Please let us know if you need log in information and we will send it out. 

Lessons are expected to be taken weekly during Greenwich Term time. Our teachers may offer lessons within half terms and holidays but these are not compulsory. Lessons will always take place on bank holidays unless otherwise stated by your teacher.

Can't make it to our physical location? No problem! We also offer online lessons for students who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own homes. All you need is a computer and a reliable internet connection.
