Joe Harper
About Joe:
Joe joins the Royal Arsenal School of Music as a fundraiser and consultant with nearly ten years' experience in the sector.
Having previously worked for nationally recognised institutions such as Royal Opera House, Joe brings a breadth and wealth of understanding of the development landscape, and the need to support the arts at every level.
The need for and pursuit of sustaining music education is a distinct passion of Joe's, who recently also worked at the Royal College of Music as Development Manager as part of a team ensuring Scholarships and Bursaries were made available for all students regardless of their background.
Outside of fundraising, Joe is a professional Oboist, having worked for many of the country's leading ensembles including English National Ballet, London Concert Orchestra and English National Opera. As an active Orchestrator and Arranger, Joe has worked on a wide range of projects such as Planet Earth III at the OVO Arena, Wembley, and the international tours of The Show: A Tribute to ABBA
