Email reminders are sent out automatically 72 hrs in advance of the lesson. If you aren't expecting a lesson and you are not sure if the lesson is going ahead, please double check with your teacher. Although we endeavour for these reminders to be as accurate as possible, they are meant to be used as a helpful tool and are not absolute proof.

Invoices are sent on the 1st of the month and are due on reciept. Any invoice paid later than 10 days will incur a late payment charge of £5, unless you have been in contact with us regarding payment. We will send reminders after 7 days for fair warning.

Our memberships are designed to provide consistent progress, and as such, we're unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for student-missed lessons. This policy helps us ensure fair access and consistent availability for all our students. In the rare event that a teacher misses a lesson, they will first attempt to arrange a cover teacher from within RASM. If a cover teacher isn't available, we will ensure the missed lesson is made up at some point over the academic year. If any teacher-missed lessons havn't been rescheduled by the end of the year, your final invoice in July will reflect a credit for those lessons.

We require a minimum of one full months notice to discontinue lessons at the school. This should be given before the 1st of the month that you intend to be your child's final month of lessons. For example, if you give your notice on September 15th, your child's last month of lessons would be October, and you would be charged for October.

You will be able to pay invoices via bank transfer or via the 'click here to pay online'  button on your invoice.

Bank transfer is free of charge  - please quote your invoice number as the reference. This number changes monthly.

Our 'Click here to pay online'  button on the invoices are a quick and convenient option, powered by stripe. This will include a very small processing fee.

Our parent portal is there for your convienience aorund organising lessons and payments. From here you can check the diary for lessons going forward, sign up to performance events and view your account with all charges and payments. Please let us know if you need log in information and we will send it out. 

Lessons are expected to be taken weekly during Greenwich Term time. Our teachers may offer extra lessons within half terms and holidays but these are not compulsory and would be charged alongside the membership fee. Lessons will always take place on bank holidays.

Can't make it to our physical location? No problem! We also offer online lessons for students who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own homes. All you need is a computer and a reliable internet connection.
